What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

For non-mail club orders- you can expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days! (Unless it is a pre-order. Your order will be shipped by date specified in product description.

For mail club orders- your mail will be sent out between the 1st & 10th of the mailing month. (I.E. December mail will be sent out between Dec. 1st & Dec. 10th)

Can I cancel my mail club subscription?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at ANY time in your customer portal.

What is your return policy if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

We accept (non-mail club) returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original condition. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
