Where’s My Mail? & FAQ‘s
Common Mail Club Questions
“I subscribed this month and my mail still hasn’t arrived. Where is it?”
First, you need to see if your mail has been sent out yet. Ask yourself the following:
+ Which month’s mail do I qualify for?
- Payments are a month ahead. (Example: If you paid IN April, you paid FOR May // If you paid IN August, you paid FOR September. So on & so forth.)
+ If you did pay in time for this month’s mail, is it after the 10th?
- Mail for the month is sent out between the 1st and 10th of the month. (Example: April mail is sent out April 10th the latest.)
Second, have you kept up with updates?
+ Have you checked your email for the monthly mail updates? Including Spam?
- A monthly email is sent out each month once the mail goes out. If you aren’t receiving these, check spam and make sure your email is updated in the member portal.
+ Have you checked social media (instagram & tiktok) for updates?
- Any major updates are emailed as well as posted on socials for easy reference.
Thirdly, have you been patient? ;)
+ Have you been patient?
- Snail mail is SLOW. The postal service is a variable service, meaning the speed varies from month to month. It runs on several factors including: weather, postal service efficiency, sorting at several offices, and various methods of transport. Please be patient as your mail takes its journey to you.
“It’s been __________________ weeks since mail went out, and I still don’t have it, what’s going on?”
+ If it’s been one week
- Mail is still moving!
+ If it’s been two weeks
- Mail could still be moving!
+ If it’s been three weeks
- This is normal for international orders! For domestic, it’s a little strange, but still not totally out of the realm of possibility.
+ If it’s been four weeks
- Please reach out for either a replacement or a refund!
“I subscribed a week ago and I’m being charged again, why am I being charged twice?”
+ You’re not being double-charged! Subscriptions renew every month on the 1st.
- This can feel like being double charged, but just means you paid for the next month’s subscription.
(Example: I subscribe on March 19th, I will receive April’s mail. My subscription renews on April 1st (for May’s mail), this ensures I receive April’s mail AND May’s mail.
