PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: Are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Please allow extra time for holidays or busy-shipping times. (Christmas, New Years, Black Friday)

SNAIL MAIL: is sent between the 1st and 10th of every month. (Closer to the 1st if possible!) Join by the 29th of every month to receive happy mail for the following month.

(example: subscribe between December 1st &  December 29th to receive January's snail mail!) 

PHYSICAL ORDERS: Right away!

SNAIL MAIL: You will be billed on the same day you subscribed every month. 

(example: you subscribed on Jan. 15th, you will be charged on the 15th of every month!) 

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: Your tracking information will be issued once a tracking number is generated and the postal service receives your item(s). You can follow along as your goodies travel to you!


SNAIL MAIL: Shipping is included in your monthly subscription (that means no extra costs or surprise fees. Please note that if you live outside of the United States, there is a surcharge for international postage/duties.)

Snail mail is sent out using regular postage meaning there is no tracking number. Please reach out using the contact form if you do not receive your mail by the 25th of the month.
